Best Emerging Markets Plays for 2012: Seymour

With emerging market stocks trading at their cheapest levels in a decade, how should you play the space in the new year?

Fast Money's resident emerging markets trader Tim Seymour has a few suggestions. And he’s broken them down according to risk appetite:
.
Low - China Mobile

"The build out of 3G in China is an exciting story. Plus it trades at 9.6 times earnings and with a 4.5% dividend yield,” he says.

Medium – Itau, Banco Bradesco

“I think Brazil banks will outperform next year,” he says.

High - ICICI Bank

“The market has been totally beaten down,” he says suggesting a bounce could be coming. Also he likes this stock because Seymour believes India could soon drop interest rates.
