Shares of the following companies are showing unusual moves in Wednesday's trading session .

Among the winners, Crocs rose sharply after the footwear company increased its fourth-quarter revenue forecast Tuesday and said it expects its full-year revenue to exceed $1 billion for the first time ever.

To the downside, Urban Outfitters fell on news that the specialty retail's CEO, Glen T. Senk, resigned Monday and is being replaced by co-founder and Chairman Richard A. Hayne.
