Shares of the following companies are showing unusual moves in Tuesday's trading session .

Among the winners, Convio rose sharply after Blackbaud, the largest provider of fundraising software for nonprofit firms, announced it will acquire Convio for $16 a share or about $312 million in cash.

To the downside, shares of New Oriental Education fell after the China-based educational services firm predicted revenue below Wall Street estimates for the third quarter, despite reporting an 81 percent increase in earnings in the second quarter.
