What Cramer Expects of American Axle, Clorox Earnings

"Mad Money" host Jim Cramer will look for two companies to report earnings results on Friday, namely American Axle and Clorox.

American Axle [AXL Loading... () ] will deliver its quarterly results before Friday's opening bell. Cramer thinks this may be a good speculative stock going into the quarter because the auto industry is in the midst of a turnaround. He doesn’t suggest investors play automakers, though. Instead, he likes auto supply names like this one.

Clorox [CLX Loading... () ] will also announce its earnings numbers on Friday. It also has a tendency to sell off after it reports because it never seems to be able to report blow out numbers, Cramer said. He hopes the stock price does drop, so investors can buy shares because this company has a great management team and tends to boost its dividend.
