Peter Buffett Apartment Sale - View at Night

Peter Buffett (Warren's son) and his wife Jennifer are offering to sell their New York City apartment for $4.1 million.

According to the Douglas Elliman listing, it's a three-bedroom, three-bath, 1,962 square-foot apartment with "expansive floor-to-ceiling glass curtain walls on the 18th floor of the One Madison Park Condominium, featuring views of Madison Square Park, the Empire State Building, and Met Life tower.

One of the listing agents tells us the Buffetts love the building but "they have a place elsewhere and travel a lot, so they're "not using it as much as they thought they would."

The agent says she believes the apartment is priced "very well" and she already has offers for it, with the "best and final" offers due tomorrow (Wednesday).

Peter is a professional musician. He and Jennifer also run the NoVo Foundation, which focuses on "improving the status and well-being of girls and women worldwide who too often suffer from violence, poverty and discrimination."
