Alcoa chairman & CEO, Klaus Kleinfeld discusses how his company is benefiting from sustainability and better-than-expected first quarter earnings, with Mad Money's Jim Cramer.

On Tuesday, Alcoa opened the earnings season with a bang, reporting a first-quarter profit instead of the expected loss.

Although he hasn't recommended it on a consistent basis lately, "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer has long liked the aluminum maker's stock . So he was looking forward to having CEO Klaus Kleinfeld onto the program Thursday to talk about his better-than-expected first quarter.
