These webinars are a chance for CNBC readers and viewers to learn about the Facebook IPO directly from the CNBC journalists covering it.

The next one will be this Wednesday with Kayla Tausche. She will be focusing on the risks and challenges involved in the Facebook IPO. She'll give a brief presentation and then take questions.
