Cree : Cramer is not a fan of this stock right now, but didn't say why. He currently recommends selling CREE.

Fluor : While Cramer likes this heavy construction company's stock, he noted it's highly connected to the price of oil. If oil continues to fall, he worries FLR could drop, too. So if this stock goes to the $50 level, he recommends selling all shares.

NXP Semiconductors : The semiconductors are tethered to Europe, which continues to struggle with its debt crisis, Cramer said. So he can't recommend buying most semiconductor stocks right now, including NXP.

Clean Energy Fuels : Being as Clean Energy provides natural gas as an alternative transportation fuel, Cramer warned its stock is "completely speculative." After all, investors in CLNE are betting that large fleets of vehicles will switch to nat gas.

Lightning Round
You say the name of a stock, and Mad Money's Jim Cramer tells you whether to buy or sell.

Vivus : Cramer said he likes this biotechnology company's stock, but only on a speculative basis.

Thomson Reuters : This information and delivery services provider lacks growth, Cramer said. Don't buy.
