In this environment of low return, Fast Money trader Pete Najarian thinks a chemical stock may be worth a look.

Fast Money’s Pit Boss likes DuPont .

Not only do they have a 3.6% div yield but Najarian sees every reason for the stock to march higher.

The earnings potential alone he finds impressive. “They’re projecting earnings to increase 7-12%,” he says.

Also, Najarian thinks DuPont's recently approved bid to buy control of South Africa based Pannar Seed gives the company a new area of growth.

At a time when the 10-year is yield 1.5% or less, Najarian has one thing to say about DuPont. “Giddy-up!”
