Shares of MarkWest Energy Partners seem to have been dragged down with the price of oil, but should this energy stock be trading higher?

That was the question on the mind of "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer. He noted that MarkWest's stock is down 17 percent since the beginning of May. To get a sense of what lies ahead for the company and the oil and gas space in general, he welcomed CEO Frank Semple onto the program.

The two also discussed master limited partnerships and the company's growing income from fee-based contracts.
