Search for Tech Gains: Simon Baker

If you’re looking for a tech play, trader Simon Baker thinks technicals and fundamentals line up well for this stock.

Baker, CEO at Baker Avenue Asset Management, recommends a long position in Google.

Technically, he likes that it bounced off $570 support.

And fundamentally, he points to reports that Google is about to unveil a 7-inch tablet. Chatter suggests it’s coming out on June 27th according to Baker.

“Typically Google runs in front of a big announcement,” he explains. “This should be no different.”
