These 2 Stocks Undervalued by Market: Pro
If you’re looking to put money to work in the market right now, Bill Greiner, CIO of Mariner Wealth Advisors has two names for you.
Greiner is somewhat bearish in the near-term. “Over the next few months, we expect some weakness in the market driven by a slowing economic momentum in the US and continued problems in Europe and China,” he says on Fast Money's Halftime Report.
However, Greiner also expects strength later in the year. As a result he suggests the following as value plays, that is, stocks that are currently undervalued and should advance.
“It's a good high quality company," he says. "Murphy has a very un-levered balance sheet and good, solid prospects going forward. This is the kind of name that at 7 times earnings looks cheap. They have two tough quarters in front of them but by Q4 earnings flow should move to the upside in double digit formation,” he says.
“At 6.7 times earnings Aflac is just too inexpensive,” he says. “And I expect we see decent volumes coming out of Japan, their home market."
