As Major League Baseball celebrated its most prolific and powerful hitters of the first half of the season during the 2012 Home Run Derby, "Mad Money" host Jim Cramer sought to celebrate the best performing stocks of the first half of the year.

Cramer presented viewers with the five top "home run hitters" — the best performing stocks of the second quarter. Then, he asked viewers to vote on Twitter for the stock that they think will perform best in the second half of the year, using the hashtag #StockDerby. Following are the results.
