Apple Will Make Big Announcement Next Week, Hints at iPhone 5

The iPhone maker sent an email on Tuesday inviting press to an event on Sept. 12 at the Yerba Buena Center for the Arts Theater in San Francisco.

The image on the press invitation, pictured below, has the number 12 featured on it that casts a shadow of the number five, hinting that the iPhone 5 will be revealed at the event.

Apple has finally confirmed the date of its next product announcement and gave a pretty obvious hint that the company would be debuting the iPhone 5.
