Emma Watson Is The Most Dangerous Celeb Online

Actress Emma Watson is the most dangerous celebrity to search for online in 2012, according to Internet security firm McAfee.

Best known for her role as Hermione Granger in the 'Harry Potter' movie series, searches for Emma Watson have more than a 12.6 percent chance of leading a user to a malicious website.

For the last six years McAfee has researched and reported which celebrities cybercriminals are using to lead people to websites that are ridden with malicious software used to steal personal information.

The security firm has found that women are more dangerous to search than men. This year, however, women celebrities proved to be especially dangerous. For the first time the top ten most dangerous celebrities to search were all women, according to the security firm.

In 2011, Heidi Klum was the most dangerous celebrity to search for and in 2010 Cameron Diaz took the crown for luring people to dangerous websites.
