Anthony Grisanti has been a member of the New York Mercantile Exchange/CME for the last 20 years. After attending college in Buffalo, NY, Anthony Grisanti moved to New York City and started working in the commodities industry. In 1990 he took a job with Bear Stearns, and within six months of starting passed his NFA-Series 3 exam and became a broker on the New York Mercantile Exchange. He executed trades for Bear Stearns in all energy markets including Crude Oil, Heating Oil, Gasoline, and Natural Gas futures as well as options contracts in those same markets. In 1995 he left Bear Stearns to start GRZ ENERGY INC., a trading and execution firm focusing on a broader range of commodities markets while specializing in energy. As the President of GRZ ENERGY INC. he has formulated and implemented trading strategies and execution models for a few large, select clients within the commodities markets. Gristanti is also co-founder and a board member of the non-profit organization Building Homes For Heroes.
