Twitter continues to introduce new ways for brands to advertise to Twitter users. Just a few weeks ago the service started offering businesses new tools to target adsbased on more than 350 interest categories. And it’s giving brands more direction about what third-party services work best for analytics and using Twitter for customer service. And just last week it introduced a redesign. And while Twitter turns its tools into a business, it’s facing some legal challenges—the company is embroiled in a lawsuit, fighting to secure users ownership over their tweets.
