Yahoo Names Software Veteran as Its New CFO
Yahoo announced on Tuesday that Ken Goldman will become the company's new chief financial officer, beginning on Oct. 22.
Goldman joins the tech giant from network-security company Fortinet, where he also served as CFO.
Before that, he was CFO of customer-relationship-management software maker Siebel Systems, until the company was bought byOracle.
Goldman's move comes as new CEO Marissa Mayer attempts to turn around the company to try to make it more competitive with search rival Google.
