Alexion Pharmaceuticals : This is a very speculative stock, Cramer said. While he doesn't think it should be sold, he warned it could come down in price.

Barclays : Cramer prefers domestic banks right now.

Sarepta Therapeutics : This is a "highly speculative stock," Cramer said, adding he'd pull the trigger should it hit the $20s.
