Natural gas futures have rallied more than 72 percent since March, reports CNBC's Giovanny Moreano.
Prices for nat gas futures for December delivery are up 11 percent this month, Moreano reports. Nat gas prices closed up in six out of the past seven months, gaining over 72 percent in that period, he added.
In April, nat gas hit a low of $1.902, its lowest level since Jan. 2002, he said.
