Weight Watchers - David Burwick, president of company's North American division, will resign to become CEO of Peet's Coffee & Tea. (Click here for after-hours quote)

NYSE Euronext - The exchange said it is investigating issues that impacted processing and trade execution for 216 stocks earlier in the trading session. (Click here for after-hours quote)

Facebook - The social-networking giant edged higher in extended-hours trading after rallying more than 4 percent in the regular session. (Click here for after-hours quote)

Hologic - he medical products company posted earnings of 37 cents a share, excluding one-time items, matching expectations, while revenue edged past estimates. But the company handed in a current quarter and full-year profit guidance that was below forecasts, sending shares lower in extended-hours trading. (Click here for after-hours quote)
