Pro: Don’t Miss These Big Bargains In This Market

If you're looking to buy low, Oakmark Fund Portfolio Manager Bill Nygren says there's no time like the present.

"At Oakmark we try to look 5 years in the future and if you share that time horizon, stocks that investors are currently shunning offer a lot of value,". Nygren said on CNBC's Fast Money Halftime Report.

And many of these stocks are in the financial and technology sectors.

"Although growth is slowing – companies like Apple, Dell,Intel, and Texas Instruments are all selling at less than 10 times earnings," he said.

"And a lot of their yields are over 3%. And they're buying back stock. They don't need to have good growth rates."

In the financials, Nygren is bullish onJPMorgan, Capital One and especiallyBank of America.

"BofA has a book value that's a little over $20/share and we think they can earn 10% on that book within a couple years. And we think much of that $2/share will be coming back to shareholders."

Nygren also said that many stocks in the industrials sector are equally attractive -- as a value investor valuation drives all of his investments.

Top trader Stephen Weiss added a word of caution. Although a stock is cheap and therefore a value - it's important to remember it may not be a bargain.
