Lalit is part of the core strategic group at Dabur. In his uniquely integrated role, Lalit is responsible for all financial matters across Dabur's operations spanning five continents. Additionally, he is Dabur's Joint Chief Risk Officer, and has helped the company successfully navigate the emerging risks and the several structural changes in India's Regulatory Environment.

Lalit has a strong international background and solid experience as CFO for large global and Indian companies with significant operating scale and complexity. Prior to joining Dabur, he has worked with Philips, Gillette, Proctor & Gamble, American Express & Moser Baer.
