She has over 20 years experience in banking industry and financial institutions with broad experience in accounting, tax, investor relations, corporate planning and strategy, set up new company, IPO, stock split/reverse, treasury stock and right issue, formulate and set up new business and financial model, line of business performance review and dashboard, funds transfer pricing, ALCO, asset sale and purchase, capital raising restructuring, quasi reorganization, asset revaluation, drive organization efficiency and productivity, risk based capital planning and allocations, share options, bank wide MIS/data mart to support internal and external reporting, procurement.

Merger and Acquisition : Taking leading role in the bank restructuring process, merged 9 banks into bank Danamon including recapitalization. Successfully acquired Adira Finance, Adira Insurance and Adira Quantum as part of the bank strategy entering mass market business.

Business and Organization Transformations : Together with Board of Management successfully transformed the bank becoming the first bank enter into mass market in Indonesia right after Asia crisis largely in micro business and consumer financing, mass market operates in more than 2800 locations and employed over 50 tsd staffs.
