Impact of China's Surprise Fuel Hike

China's move to hike fuel prices will not have a big impact on its inflation. Frederic Neumann, Asia Pacific economist at HSBC tells CNBC's Amanda Drury & Sri Jegarajah that China's headline inflation would rise 0.6% - 1% over the next few months.
