Making Money on US Debt Talks

In case US Congress doesn't reach an agreement, "I don't think any of us are really clear what happens to the financial markets," Alan Capper, head of credit strategy at Lloyds, told CNBC. "Based upon probabilities like that, in other words, serious tail risks, do you want to put big bets on that? I don't think I would myself," he said.
