Serious Fraud Office Must Investigate Libor Scandal - Expert

Following Paul Tucker, deputy governor of the Bank of England, telling the Treasury select committee that the BoE did not have a role in Libor rate fixing, Eamonn Butler, director of the Adam Smith Institute, told CNBC that an investigation by the SFO is needed, rather than a parliamentary inquiry, because "we need to find out who is lying."
