" Shares of Walgreen ticking off about 10% right after the drugstore -- easily topped Wall Street expectations. -- numbers remaining wolf retailing consumer sector analyst with the DNT. This is says and an adolescent bad way but as bland and predictable as a business as you get how could a company -- miss. -- analyst Lisa wrong on the on their expectations."

" Well they have they a cup a restructuring program that's not designed to -- a billion dollars add to earnings. Via lower expenses and it it kicked in a little earlier than expected that's really what happened they got a Forsett -- contribution tonight earnings per share this quarter. I and others her father -- for penny or something so that's really what it is you know the market conditions for retailers are still top. But -- when you got that much earnings power coming into the earnings stream. Indicated in earlier than expected you can -- you beat the numbers it also adds visibility to next year's I think those two things together. I explain the stock in up you know 10% or."

" Daddy may be analyst just got tired of Al Walgreens. Missing their estimates right I mean and they missed like five straight quarters or something that maybe the estimates we're just really allow."

" There was some gun shy and yes I mean. I I was higher than the consensus but I got to admit I wasn't -- I think they've hit my number so. You know because again the market environment very tough but when you're doing you know. Something that his big restructuring its -- in and it's working and it kicked sand you know it's hard to predict when it's going to -- but I think the real take away here is it's kicked again. They're billion dollar cost savings over the next two years equates to 65 cents a share of incremental earnings power that wasn't. There before he wasn't there you know you're going to institute."

" about H1N1 what's that going to mean to Walgreens and let me also mention as we as we -- that out -- that chair is advised CVS are getting and I -- this morning off the back of those earnings about three and a half percent so I guess but at the drugstore business -- H1N1 going to mean."

" Well as it looks right now looking at numbers you can see on the CDC the Centers for Disease Control. The number of outpatient visits to doctors for the flu is way up from normal far above the trend line it's on so it's pretty bullish I mean I think that. First of all visits dropped to doctors and I think that they're going to be pursued prescribing a lot more antibiotics because you know H1N1 is affecting a much younger population. I'm a typical flu."

" Any question for -- I just noticed this isn't an anecdotal question with perhaps something lower and that is and bath and beyond in many stores now. Has huge pharmacy. Yeah and they also have. I'll all of them the shampoo and whatever else you might buy at the drugstore and not investment want that I see is right across the street. Up from the CBS so I'm curious as to whether -- actually move many openings that hurt. Further Bed Bath & Beyond -- the CBS. And Rosie all grains in the world."

" What they see a lot of competition. As you know it's pretty good category and you know -- a lot of you know specialty retailers are trying to add more consumables which is a good idea in this economy. But I don't think that most you know it's it's a very tough business the pharmacy business it's a 100% related to volume. And other pharmacies have very high cost structure business so I'm not I mean you know the drug stores are pretty well positioned you've seen really. Very little new pharmacies added in the United States really or last ten years so. It's not get is not a very attractive business if you -- scale so there's been very little new enough. Formation of pharmacies to be blunt so I don't think that's trend you can extrapolate too you know other companies -- or for bad but that. May work for them but it's just not a big new trend. Iowa thank you very much we appreciate -- York thank you."
