Good morning. A bit of inspiration from our quote of the day. It's from artist Vincent Van Gogh: "I dream my painting and then I paint my dream." Dream on all.
A lot to digest this week starting with the Fed meeting on Tuesday. We'll get a look on what might happen in regards to interest rates. Most feel they will remain where they are. We'll have a preview with former Richmond Federal Reserve President Paul Kasriel on "Street Signs."
There's also the big American delegation (Treasury Secretary Paulson and Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke to name a few) going to China this week for economic talks. On "Morning Call" today, we'll focus on the role of U.S. banks in China. China is now allowing foreign banks to enter its domestic market.
And last but not least, Donald Trump is a scheduled guest on "Street Signs" to talk about his favorite subject--real estate.
