BJ's Cites E.coli in Recall of Wellsley Mushrooms

BJ's Wholesale Club Tuesday announced a voluntary recall of prepackaged Wellsley Farms mushrooms, due to possible trace amounts of E.coli.

The company said the recall affects mushrooms purchased between Feb. 11 and Feb. 19.

BJ's Wholesale said it hasn't received any reports of illnesses and advised customers against consuming the mushrooms if they were purchased between those dates.

The wholesaler said the mushrooms can be returned for a full refund and advised customers to call 1-800-BJS-CLUB if they have any questions.
