ANA to Cancel 15% of Domestic Flights on Strike

Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA) said on Wednesday around 15% of its domestic flights would be cancelled on Wednesday and 5% would be delayed because of a strike by four pilots' unions.

No international flights will be affected by the 24-hour strike, which was triggered by the unions' dissatisfaction with the management stance on training, ANA said.

The cancellation of 136 domestic flights and the delay of 42 flights are seen affecting a total of about 8,700 passengers.
