On May 5th The Negotiator recommended buying Geron (GERN). He said "Would you like to know how I play biotech..Geron! "(It’s a) stem cell play. They have over 350 patents.
Since the call, shares of Geron are up 15% after the company developed stem cells that can be used to treat diabetes
On May 9th The Admiral recommended buying coffee futures. He said “Big Hedge funds..they are short coffee, guys. What do they have to do? They have to cover their short.”
Coffee prices are currently on a caffeine high, up 6% since Bolling’s call.
On May 3rd The Lone Wolf reiterated his original buy call from January 23rd for Supervalu. He said “You can play the grocers.” Supervalue (SVU)…they compete with huge box Wal-Mart stores that folks have to drive to…”
Grocer stocks are seeing green this year… shares of Supervalu more than 30% since Macke’s original call in January.
On May 8th during an interview with aQuantive (AQNT) CEO Brian McAndrews, The Risk Doctor told viewers that aQuantive is probably too valuable to a large search company for it to be left alone. He added “someone will come in and buy these guys.”
The Risk Doctor made one of his best calls all year. On Friday Microsoft (MSFT), announced a deal to scoop up aQuantive for a cool $6 billion sending shares up 90% since Strazzini’s call.
