On Face 2 Face, we scan the country for the developers of the most innovative and up-and-coming web sites and ask them, "How would you fix Yahoo!?"

Dylan Ratigan explains there’s currently speculation in the market that NewsCorps (NWS) might be willing to trade a piece of for a 25% stake in Yahoo (YHOO)!

Eric Bolling likes that deal.

Douglas says Yahoo! has to figure out who they are and what they’re all about. He says they have to find a way to find a way to reach innovators and figure out the product services.
