Question #1: Katherine from California writes, "On Monday, the volume for Dow Chemical (DOW) was double what it normally is. There have been rumors in the past year of a buyout. Do you think there is any basis to this?
Pete Najarian thinks DOW is on the sidelines, right now – (In other words, that the company is not involved in a buyout). However, Pete adds that could all change tomorrow.
Question #2: Jerry from Arkansas writes, "Gateway (GTW)...What do you think? Dog or Turnaround?"
Jeff Macke says GTW is a value trap. He recommends Dell (DELL) and Hewlett Packard (HPQ) instead.
