Lightning Round: Xerox, Tesoro, Kellogg and More

Xerox : Cramer called Xerox a “pseudo-tech” company. “Get with the Cisco program if you want to be in some tech,” he advised.

J.C. Penney : This retailer is undervalued and should be “bought right here,” said Cramer.

American Capital Strategies : Cramer’s on the fence with this “very controversial” stock. It’s a battleground, and he’s avoiding it.

Lightning Round

Tesoro : Gas prices aren’t high enough for the refiners to be right, Cramer said. He prefers integrated oil companies like ConocoPhillips , Chevron or Exxon Mobil .

Luxottica : Cramer’s cool on the idea of a “fashion optical play,” even though he happens to like the company. “Don’t buy,” he said.

Hot Topic : The only teen apparel retailers Cramer endorses are American Eagle , Abercrombie & Fitch and Aeropostale , in that order.

Kellogg : Any company that can make money with raw costs so high is OK by Cramer. He’s bullish on Kellogg, as well as General Mills and ConAgra . If corn prices came down, he thinks all three companies would be “through the roof.”

Aluminum Corp. of China : Cramer is sticking with as the best way to play China.

American Superconductor : “Never a favorite of mine.” Cramer likes NVIDIA , Texas Instruments and Intel more.

Jim's charitable trust owns ConocoPhillips.
