With McDonald’s (MCD) getting eaten alive Monday, is it time to supersize the shares?
I don’t understand why this stock was sold-off, says Pete Najarian on CNBC’s “Closing Bell.” They didn’t have disappointing numbers just flat and they’re expecting strong growth internationally and it pays a dividend. I think this is a buying opportunity, he counsels.
It looks like another case of investors taking money off the table, Najarian says. And I’m seeing this phenomenon across multiple sectors. Nervous investors are rotating out of places where they made a lot of money in 2007. They seem to be taking money off the table and shifting it somewhere else.
Bottom line.. not not tomorrow or next week – but long term I think McDonald’s is going higher, he concludes!
