Microsoft said on Wednesday it agreed to acquire virtualization technology firm Kidarofor an undisclosed sum.

Microsoft said Kidaro's technology will be incorporated into its desktop virtualization product, which allows companies to deliver over an Internet network a "virtual" computer desktop different from the software running on the local machine.

This is just the tip of the iceberg, says Pete Najarian. Microsoft intends to acquire 20 companies a year over the next 5 years. I think they’ve already taken a hit on the Yahoo takeover so I see nothing but upside in this stock, he adds.
