Update: Oops..seems this isn't real after all. The email that got sent around has been exposed as a fraud according to an article in the New York Daily News. Anyway, here was my original post today:
I want to thank a viewer/reader for sending this in. Just when you thought there were no more ridiculously priced homes anymore, here's something to show everyone out there that the New York housing market--Brooklyn to be exact--is still alive and well. And completely out of whack.
Look at what you get for just $179,900.00:
This house, located near the intersection of Ave T and Van Sicklen is believed to be Brooklyn 's smallest house. Here are the home's 'Listed Features':
* Completely redone top-to-bottom, front-to-back!
* Tumbled stone entrance walk
* Renovated Bath
* Renovated Kitchen with new stove, new cabinets and new stacked washer/dryer
* Bedroom with Murphy Bed + 'Built-ins' ... (doubles as a den)!
