The Latest Picks That Paid – Friday May 30th

Quicker Ticker

Our traders are good - but you knew that! Check out their latest picks that paid.

Guy Adami

On May 21st the Negotiator made a gutsy call when he bottom picked the airlines. At the time he said, “I've been waiting for airlines for awhile, I think you might have gotten your opportunity today. If you think crude is going to dip a little bit, you buy AMR for a trade.”

Adami sure knows how to travel. Shares of American Airlines' parent AMR have been gaining altitude ever since his call.

Pete Najarian

On May 19th the Pit Boss flipped the switch on a power play. At the time he said, “Keep an eye on American Superconductor . This name continues to go higher and higher. It's a little ahead of itself, but it's a great name.”

Najarian was jazzed about this play and for good reason. Shares of the energy technologies firm climbed an electrifying 16% since Pete’s pick.

Jeff Macke

On May 8th the Lone Wolf took his videogame trade to the next level. At the time he said, “Activision is absolutely in the sweet spot. I still want to keep it on my sheets.”

Macke clearly knows a thing or two about the stock picking game. Since his recommendation Activision climbed 22% on sales of Guitar Hero 3.

Karen Finerman

On March 13th the Chairwoman suggested using options to maximize gains in the refiners. At the time she said, “Valero has gotten absolutely obliterated. I like the Valero, June 45 calls.”

You might says Finerman hit pay-dirt. Although shares of Valero are only up 5% since her recommendation, the value of the June $45 calls has skyrocketed 78% in three weeks.

Now that’s “Fast Money.”
