Dr. Oz: "Learn sleep hygiene to sleep 7 hours nightly"
Dr. Oz: "Break a sweat exercising for 60 minutes weekly"
Dr. Oz: "Sweating an hour a week-- by the way, I'm not talking about working out, I'm talking about actually sweating. So, the first ten minutes of a workout, you're not sweating. So, you're working out and then sweating for a total of an hour a week"
Dr. Oz: "Call one friend daily." Dr. Oz: "You wanna always have a friend that you can call up-- and talk to. You wanna keep connected with the people in your life."
Dr. Oz: "Keep nuts or a similar healthy snack in your desk"
Dr. Oz: "In particular walnuts are great 'cause they've got omega three fats in them.” Almonds are also as good choice.
Dr. Oz: "Save 10% of all your income so you never feel at risk for bankruptcy"
