POST-IT PROFIT: Industrial giant 3M reports earnings; the company is expected to post a profit of 93 cents; a 22% drop over last year.

I like my smokes, says Karen Finerman.

DRUG RALLY CONTINUES: Drug giants Wyeth ,Celgene and Eli Lilly will all report earnings before the bell Thursday. All three companies are expected to post an increase in year over year EPS growth with Celgene showing a 37% increase.

I’d keep an eye on Celgene, counsels Guy Adami. They could surprise on the upside.

THE TOOTHPASTE TRADE: Colgate Palmolive reports earnings after the bell, the company is expected to post a profit of 98 cents, 7% higher than last year.

Jeff Macke doesn’t know what to say.

SONY SUFFERING? Electronics giant Sony will report earnings before the bell, the company is expected to post a profit of 55 cents, a decline of 67% from last year.
