Investors need to look out for stocks with low expectations that pay dividends and have compelling fundamental catalysts, said Don Wordell, portfolio manager at RidgeWorth Capital Management. He shared his best plays.
“Fundamental catalysts could be numerous,” Wordell told CNBC.
“It could be management changes, it could be new product rollouts...there are a hundreds of things that qualify as catalysts.”

International Game Tech —“There’s an upgrade cycle coming,” Wordell said of the industry. “There’s a weakness in all the State budgets so you’re going to see more gaming approved around the country.”
