NAI Halsey Clients Bring Diverse Range of New Businesses to Area

JONESBORO, Ark., May 10, 2010 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- The perception of a sluggish economy hasn't slowed clients of NAI Halsey, the area's largest and most productive commercial real estate firm.

(Logo: http://www.newscom.com/cgi-bin/prnh/20100510/DA01609LOGO) In recent weeks the NAI Halsey team has facilitated or closed a number of high profile transactions which will bring several new businesses to the area and expand others to exciting new metropolitan markets.

In March, Kentucky-based Fazoli's re-opened a restaurant in Jonesboro, becoming the company's first franchise location to open in the last five years. NAI Halsey negotiated the lease enabling the eatery to re-open in its original location, giving residents back the "Italian food fast!" option they so enjoy.

Another exciting NAI Halsey client development creating a stir is the opening of the gourmet coffee hotspot Seattle Grind Cafe, an upscale retail location specializing in coffee but serving a whole lot more. The location's proximity to Mall at Turtle Creek and Arkansas State University (ASU) in the major by-way of Stadium Blvd and Highway 49 is ideal. This will be the first non-drive through location for Seattle Grind, with the original location located on South Caraway Road.

The owners of the boutique-style Wilcoxson's Kids Furniture were in search of an easily accessible, larger location for their very popular growing business. NAI Halsey delivered with an appealing new location and negotiated acceptable terms of the lease for both parties.

Other new NAI Halsey-negotiated ventures include a new BP Oil, located on Caraway Road and Arkansas Petroleum in Dewitt, Ark.

"We're helping many of our clients--in a broad range of industries--find the values out there right now whether they are looking at an upstart or expansion," says Josh Brown, NAI Halsey's Vice President of Brokerage.
