In Institutional Investor’sannual All-American Research Team rankings, individual analysts are selected for their market prowess, but there's also a lot at stake for the firms at which they work.
Institutional Investor ranks the top sell-side equity analysts in various sectors and in doing so lists the top three individuals as well as a runner up. From this, the magazine can rank firms based on total number of team positions.
