Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas

"Grand Theft Auto" is one of the industry's biggest franchises, but it has always been a controversial one due to its sandbox nature. Players can be as bad as they want, carjacking vehicles, beating people for money and having sex with prostitutes are just some of the things opponents object to. But when word surfaced that this installment of the series had a hidden minigame that featured playable sexual content, things exploded. The game was yanked from shelves until the minigame was removed and publisher Take-Two paid steep fines to the FTC and others.
