Here's what's up on Monday's Squawk on the Street:

--We're amped up for another big week of trading. We start with oil. President Obama says Khaddafy's rule in Libya is showing signs of collapse and is calling on the leader to relinquish power to avoid further casualties. We're heading to the oil pits and watching Exxon and Chevron for the trade.

--We're also live in lower Manhattan where it looks like charges against former IMF chief Dominique Strauss Kahn will likely be dropped. Plus, we're looking for some big fixes for some big companies, including Bank of America and fellow Dow component Hewlett-Packard. Bank of America is slashing jobs to cut costs. Hewlett-Packard is shifting strategy. Which brings us to our Street Poll — Which CEO do you have less confidence in to turn his company around — Bank of America's Moynihan or HP's Apotheker?  Share your opinion.
