SandRidge Energy may have some problems, but it also has a lot of potential, Cramer said Tuesday.
SandRidge has successfully transformed itself from a “natural gas heavy caterpillar into an oil producing butterfly,” he said.
But the stock was crushed after the company reported it would raise capital expenditures without what Wall Street believes is a clear plan to fund it.
He thinks the stock could be a real bargain, but wants to clear up some issues first. So he sat down with Chairman and CEO Tom Ward to find out more about what the company sees moving forward.
