Well-kept secret, or just little-used business practice? In 22 states, employees whose hours have been cut can take advantage of "work sharing" programs" that pay partial unemployment insurance, reports The Wall Street Journal.

The Huffington Post reports on a survey that says small business owners are a grumpy group when it comes to social media: 70 percent of small businesses hate Groupon. Twitter does a little better: only 46 percent hate it. Facebook, however, gets some love: 76 percent responded favorably to it.
