Unusual Volume: Taleo Jumps After Oracle's $1.9 Billion Offer

Trading volume in Taleo jumped 4,700 percent over its 10-day average, after Oracle announced it has agreed to buy the web-based recruitment software maker for about $1.9 billion. 

Last month, Oracle completed a $1.5 billion acquisition of RightNow Technologies, a firm that develops customer relationship management (CRM) software.
