Cramer Interviews AT&T Mobility CEO Ralph de la Vega

When it comes to wireless communications, Jim Cramer has long liked AT&T's stock for a few reasons.

To start, AT&T currently pays a juicy 5.3 percent dividend yield. The company also boasts a clean balance sheet, great growth prospects and improving gross margins, not to mention no exposure to Europe. All things considered, Cramer currently thinks AT&T is a buy.

The "Mad Money" host wanted to learn more about AT&T's future prospects, though. So while attending CTIA Wireless, the U.S. cellphone phone industry's annual trade show, Cramer sat down with Ralph de La Vega, president and CEO of AT&T Mobility.
